Company Overview:
A prominent player in the Civil Engineering and Construction sector.

We are seeking multiple Residential Site Engineers across various experience levels to enhance our dedicated and dynamic workforce.

This position offers a unique chance to engage in a diverse range of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Groundworks and will be required to travel frequently to different sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpreting and communicating construction drawings clearly on-site for layouts and material measurements.
  • Ensuring precise setting out of works.
  • Modifying and adhering to Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Upholding quality assurance standards.
  • Supervising labor and coordinating workforce activities.
  • Delivering regular progress updates.
  • Managing materials and overseeing site operations, ensuring accurate lines, levels, and reference points.
  • Proactively influencing site progress to meet project timelines.
  • Building effective relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Collaborating closely with team members to ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuously enhancing industry knowledge and sharing best practices with management and team members.
  • Maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS) and associated policies and procedures.
  • Performing any additional duties as reasonably required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A degree in Construction Engineering and Management or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Background in residential construction projects.
  • Ability to take initiative and manage projects independently from inception to completion.
  • Motivated by deadlines and capable of inspiring the team to achieve key objectives.
  • Experience in managing labor and materials effectively.
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Proficient in numeracy and IT skills, including MS Office, Word, and Excel.

Working Hours:
Standard Monday to Friday, permanent daytime role.
