Job OpportunityWe're seeking a talented and motivated Project Administrator to join our team in our Brighton office. This role offers a flexible working arrangement, with a minimum of three days a week in the office and the remainder at home.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and efficient project administration support to Project Managers using the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and project database.
- Support the coordination and facilitation of adherence to agreed processes and procedures.
- Assist Building Control surveyors with the creation and issuance of statutory documents, including the Initial Notice and Final Certificate.
- Create and issue fee proposals.
- Review and follow up on tasks.
- Process fee acceptances from proposal to live project status.
- Liaise with Project Managers to ensure invoices and applications for payment are issued in a timely manner.
- Review and action project-related reports using the ERP system as requested by Senior Project Support.
- Review and close down projects.
- Collaborate with Project Support colleagues to ensure clients and technical colleagues receive a prompt, professional, and efficient service.
To be successful in this role, you'll possess a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude, and the ability to follow process and multitask. Full training will be provided in terms of the role, assuming you have some administrative skills and competence in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams (Intermediate).
