About the RoleWe're seeking a talented graduate to join our growth team and support us in accelerating expansion. This entrepreneurial role requires high agency and creativity, and is suitable for someone with a strong conviction to build successful businesses and drive high performance and impact.
The successful candidate will work closely with our founding team to unlock growth across new target markets and accelerate growth within existing ones, while supporting Legado in defining a world-class distribution strategy.
This role offers significant growth opportunities across the business as we expand, providing a high level of dynamism and raw business exposure.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Mastery- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product, including our target customers, their challenges, and how we solve those problems.
- Generate new leads through prospecting for relevant companies and key personnel within those companies, using channels like LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling to initiate commercial engagements.
- Update our CRM with new leads, including contact information and relevant intel, to support outbound prospecting.
- Support our sales team to execute deals, including meeting with prospective customers, learning their challenges, and positioning our product accordingly.
- Support our sales team to move the discussion with an interested prospect to contractual commitment, including responding to due diligence, commercial, and contractual discussions.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations that concisely communicate the value of our proposition, with specific tailoring to customer issues.
- Conduct analysis of prospective companies to identify key information, such as goals, challenges, current standing, and key decision-makers.
- Analyze key personnel of prospective companies to identify opportunities to initiate an engagement.
- Report key findings from analysis to support the commercial team's efforts to generate and progress deals.
- Conduct first principles analysis of our target market and report key findings, including market trends and opportunities.
- Support in establishing action plans for Legado's commercial activity to take advantage of analyzed market opportunities.
- Identify relevant events that we should attend to support business development activities and identify key prospects attending those events.
- A degree in Business and Management or a related field (e.g., Entrepreneurship).
- Business and commercial acumen, with the ability to understand the drivers for our customers' businesses and identify strong prospects.
