Your responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the daily management of service delivery, including the effective allocation of work to vehicles and routes
  • Maintaining proactive communication with customers and stakeholders, including the Veolia team and management, providing updates and ensuring contact with drivers throughout the day
  • Completing the debrief process within the designated timeframe and reporting any necessary actions or updates
  • Engaging with drivers daily, assisting them in addressing issues encountered during their routes
  • Reporting safety concerns or container damage through close call reporting and promoting 'stop the job' protocols when necessary
  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations on site, including working time directives and transport compliance


We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Experience in a similar sector, such as waste management, transport, or logistics
  • A solid understanding of transport compliance and working time directives
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels
  • The ability to manage a busy workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with experience in quality management systems (e.g., ISO)
  • Proactivity in staying informed about upcoming legislative changes and developments within the industry
