* **User-Centric Design**: Champion a user-centric design approach, leveraging user research, target business personas, journey maps, and usability testing to inform strategic design decisions and product improvements.
* **Design Excellence**: Oversee the entire design process, from concept to launch, ensuring that all products meet our high standards for usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
* **Stakeholder Engagement**: Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand user needs, and translate insights into design improvements.
* **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all product designs align with our brand identity, voice, and tone, enhancing brand recognition and user engagement where appropriate
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in a senior UX/UI design role, preferably within technology or fintech sectors.
* A strong portfolio showcasing your work in UX/UI design, including examples of leading design projects from concept to launch.
* Expertise in design thinking, user research, and usability testing.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a design team.
* Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision).
* Knowledge of front-end development practices and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
