Role Summary

We're seeking a skilled UX Designer to create intuitive and user-friendly designs that solve real design problems and meet our users' needs. As a key member of our design team, you will work closely with our Head of Product, other Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver user-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-friendly digital products.
  • Plan, design, validate, and improve the user experience of our products.
  • Conceptualize and create design mock-ups from sketches, wireframes, and other UX deliverables.
  • Contribute to our growing design systems to ensure a scalable design foundation.
  • Participate in design review sessions and receive constructive feedback to develop your design skills.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience designing digital products.
  • A portfolio of projects demonstrating strong UX and UI skills, contextualized with solid thinking and rationale.
  • High proficiency with Figma and Miro.
  • Experience in B2B, enterprise software design, or SaaS applications is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
