About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team at Smartbox, a leading provider of assistive communication technology. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research to gain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.
  • Develop and implement UX design solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet technical requirements.
  • Design and develop prototypes to test and refine UX design solutions.
  • Communicate design decisions and solutions to stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and executives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on assistive technology or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Experience with user research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
