Job Title: Payroll Assistant

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Salary: £28,000- £30,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am- 5pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Assistant to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the payroll function for 100+ clients, including calculating deductions and liaising with HMRC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weekly/ Fortnightly/ Monthly payroll for 100+ clients
  • Liaising with HMRC
  • Managing PAYE, National Insurance, Construction Industry Scheme, NEST pensions, and Bonuses
  • Communicating with clients and managing their expectations

Requirements:

  • Experience overseeing entire payroll function
  • Accountancy Practice experience essential
  • Immediate availability preferred
