Job Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Architect to join our dynamic team at Ticketmaster UK Limited. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical framework of the Halo application. As the primary authority on the application, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated technical team to ensure that business requirements are meticulously designed, executed, tested, and deployed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Halo aligns with business objectives while adhering to security and performance benchmarks.
  • Develop and document comprehensive solutions that address business needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
  • Establish and uphold quality standards across all technical processes.
  • Engage with business leaders to review and plan upcoming initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership capacity within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect credentials.
  • Proficiency in configuring Salesforce solutions, particularly with Lightning Web Components.
  • Familiarity with Mulesoft is advantageous.
