Kingdom Services Group Ltd is excited to present an opportunity for a Security Concierge Specialist to become a vital part of our team, focusing on a student accommodation facility.

We seek an individual who possesses strong communication skills and can maintain composure and professionalism in various situations, adeptly assessing and resolving issues in accordance with our organizational policies and values. If you hold an SIA license, that’s fantastic; if not, we are willing to support you in obtaining this qualification.

No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Please be aware that an enhanced DBS check is a prerequisite for this position, and Kingdom Services Group Ltd will cover the associated costs.

Location: Fort William area.

Salary: £12.00 per hour.

Working Hours: Approximately 60 hours per week, with shifts organized according to site requirements. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 19:00.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the premises during off-hours, including site patrols.
  • Manage access control for visitors and premises.
  • Conduct Health & Safety inspections as required.
  • Report incidents and any anti-social behavior to the appropriate authorities.
  • Maintain accurate and effective records of information.
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Be mindful of cultural and diversity considerations for clients, reporting any instances of discrimination.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Physically fit and adaptable to various duties.
  • Professional demeanor with sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A complete five-year checkable employment history.
