About the Role

Plymouth Community Homes is seeking a skilled Business Plan Lead Accountant to join our finance team. As a key player, you will support our commitment to providing affordable, quality homes and improving the lives of our communities.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in analysing, developing, and maintaining business plans that support the long-term financial sustainability and growth of PCH. If you are analytical, proactive, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain business plans that support the long-term financial sustainability and growth of PCH
  • Analyse financial data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks
Requirements
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and skills
  • Significant experience of working in an accountancy environment
  • Full qualified member of CCAB Accountancy Body
  • Drive and energy to take us where we want to be, whilst ensuring we remain fully compliant
