About the Role

Plymouth Community Homes is seeking a skilled Business Plan Lead Accountant to join our finance team. As a key player, you will support our commitment to providing affordable, quality homes and improving the lives of our communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse, develop, and maintain business plans that support the long-term financial sustainability and growth of PCH.
  • Utilize strong technical accounting knowledge and skills to drive business planning and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of business plans.
Requirements
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and skills.
  • Significant experience of working in an accountancy environment.
  • Fully qualified member of a CCAB Accountancy Body.
