Job Summary
We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their preferences and needs, and provide support to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with medication management and administration
- Support clients with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Engage with clients in activities and hobbies to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
- Work collaboratively with other care staff to ensure seamless delivery of care services
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, caring, and able to work independently. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our clients. You'll also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
