Implementation Analyst

La Fosse Associates is seeking an experienced Implementation Analyst to lead all areas of calculation activity and data analysis, supporting the delivery of the implementation portfolio.

This is a hybrid role with a base in Leeds, and the successful candidate will report to the Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead data and pension technical requirement workstreams for new business onboarding projects
  • Develop and maintain delivery plans and processes to successfully implement or transfer business across the firm
  • Conduct data audits and mapping analysis on all new business and bulk transfer activity
  • Collaborate with system and process experts to ensure process efficiency and automation of scheme calculations
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement in the onboarding process, leading to improvements in administration functionality
  • Ensure risk management principles, information security, and data policies are adhered to when delivering projects
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of occupational pension schemes, including administration and the interpretation and application of scheme rules
  • Proven experience of pensions calculations in administration

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pensions administration and a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
