Project Manager / Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Delivery Manager to join our team at RedRock Resourcing. As a key member of our delivery function, you will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple projects and business change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver multiple projects and business change initiatives, including supporting and coordinating project resources.
  • Maintain integrated project plans, highlighting dependencies and managing project level risks.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to effectively identify, manage and deliver a range of IT, Systems and Finance projects on time, in budget and to scope.
  • Manage the overall project budget and ensure sufficient allocation of resources.
  • Define the communications plan for each project to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed in an efficient manner.
  • Identify various options to stakeholders, including costs, risks/benefits analysis and an assessment on the impact of changes.
  • Develop business cases, considering opportunities, potential risks, identifying processes and resource required.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in successfully delivering projects.
  • Experience in a Project Management role with expertise in Systems, IT and/or Finance projects, ideally with exposure to ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound and good decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders to effectively identify, manage and deliver projects.
