We are seeking a reliable and skilled Double Deck Class 1 Driver to join our team at JT Recruit. As a Double Deck Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering fresh quality bakery products to locations across your assigned route for that day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver fresh quality bakery products to locations across your assigned route for that day.
  • Have responsibility for the company vehicle, as well as being responsible for the brand image when delivering to the customers.
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of products to customers.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for vehicle maintenance and safety.
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Licence, CPC & Tacho Card.
  • Maximum 6 points for minor offences.
  • A good knowledge of Transport Legislation and Tachographs.
  • Excellent customer facing skills.
  • A history of being reliable, punctual and dependable.

  • Afternoon and night shifts available, from 17.00 – 23.00 starts.

  • £15.00 Standard Nights.
  • £16.11 Saturday Day - £ 18.50 Saturday Night.
  • £21.48 Sunday Day - £24.66 Sunday Night.
  • £21.00 Bank Holidays.

Pay Rates After 12 Weeks:

  • £13.55 Standard Days - £20.32 Day Overtime.
  • £15.92 Standard Nights - £23.88 Night Overtime.
  • £20.32 Saturday Day - £23.88 Saturday Night.
  • £27.09 Sunday Day - £31.84 Sunday Night
  • £40.64 Bank Holidays Days - £47.76 Bank Holiday Nights.
