At Staffline Driving, we're seeking a reliable and skilled Class 2 HGV Driver to join our team at our depot in Eastwood, Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a busy parcel distribution environment.



About the Role

As a Class 2 HGV Driver, you will report to the Shift Manager, who will assign you the route and vehicle you will work with across that shift. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver parcels from one depot to another, using a pallet pump truck to handball off pallets when necessary.



Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver parcels from one depot to another, following assigned routes and schedules
  • Operate a pallet pump truck to handball off pallets, as required
  • Work closely with the Shift Manager to ensure efficient and safe delivery operations
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and reliable service


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a valid Class 2 HGV Licence, have no more than 6 points on your licence, and hold an in-date Digi card and DQC. Additionally, you will need to have at least 6 months of experience as a Class 2 HGV Driver.
