We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Accommodation Office Team Leader. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including stock control, merchandising, and inventory management
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
