Role: Engineering Coordinator / Scheduler

Salary: £25,500 per annum

Location: Salford Quays - Manchester

Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5pm

Employment: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent over 6 months

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Engineering Coordinator / Scheduler to join our team in Salford Quays. As a key member of our office-based team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling engineering activities, ensuring seamless delivery of projects.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for liaising with engineers, relaying asset locations and repair details, and logging these on our internal computer system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with engineers to coordinate emergency works
  2. Relay asset locations and repair details to engineers
  3. Log details on internal computer system
  4. Ensure high level of accuracy in data entry
  5. Work effectively in a team environment
  6. Ability to work with repetitive tasks
  7. Good timekeeping

Requirements:

  1. Good IT skills
  2. Experience with MS Office
  3. Data Entry experience
  4. Dedicated worker with excellent accuracy
  5. Ability to work as a team and individually
  6. Comfortable with repetitive work
  7. Good timekeeping
