Job Title: Engineering Coordinator / Scheduler

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent

Location: Salford Quays, Manchester

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

Salary: £25,500 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Coordinator / Scheduler to join our team in Salford Quays. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling engineering activities, ensuring timely completion of projects and maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with engineers to coordinate emergency works on the mobile network
  2. Relay asset locations and repair details to engineers, logging information on our internal computer system
  3. Ensure high levels of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  4. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with engineers and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  1. Good IT skills and experience with MS Office
  2. Data entry experience and attention to detail
  3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  4. Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  5. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
