We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Christmas Sales Associate to join our team at Whittard Trading Ltd during the busy festive period. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers find their perfect product to make their Christmas just right.

About the Role

  • Provide first-class customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all customers.
  • Become an ambassador of our products, offering excellent knowledge and recommendations to customers, taking them on a journey to their perfect purchase.
  • Work closely with your team to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Operate the till, provide front-facing customer service, and perform day-to-day activities such as cleaning, unpacking deliveries, stock management, and depositing money at the bank.
  • Host in-store and on-the-street tastings to promote our product line and create a festive atmosphere.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience demonstrating successful teamwork and a commitment to personal development.
  • Confidence to engage with customers in product conversations and provide excellent service and support.
  • A previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage, but not essential.
