Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support English as an Additional Language (EAL) students in a school in Havering. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with delivering inclusive learning by accommodating the needs of EAL students
  • Work one-to-one or in small groups with students to support their academic development
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a safe and equitable environment for all students
  • Support students with Special Educational Needs
  • Exhibit patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably with EAL and SEN students
  • Top degree from a leading UK university
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
