Are you a seasoned leader looking to drive growth and innovation in a dynamic environment? Do you have a passion for contaminated land services and a vision for delivering sustainable solutions to clients?

As our new UK Service Line Leader for Contaminated Land, you will be responsible for leading a national team of professionals in delivering site solutions to private and public sector clients. You will work closely with other Service Line Leaders to bring the best of Ramboll to our clients and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the UK Site Solutions Service Line, aligning with Ramboll's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a national team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with other Service Line Leaders to drive business growth and innovation, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Implement Ramboll's governance, project management, and compliance processes within the service line, ensuring adherence to company standards.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in an environmental discipline (advantageous)
  • Full driving licence.
  • Financial and technical project management experience.
  • Project ownership and direction, including project-related health and safety.
  • Experience in department or P&L management.
  • Managing workload, deliverables, and resources across multiple projects.
