Revvity is looking for a Bilingual Scientific Support Specialist to enhance our technical support team, delivering exceptional assistance to clients utilizing our extensive range of gene editing, RNA interference, cell culture, gene expression, and companion diagnostic solutions. This position is crucial in guiding clients through their experimental processes, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting challenges, and addressing any concerns. The ideal candidate will cater to our clientele in Japan, necessitating adaptable working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver scientific assistance to clients in both English and Japanese
  • Stay informed about our product offerings
  • Engage effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Comprehend product applications and experimental methodologies
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance service delivery
  • Develop interpersonal skills to enrich customer interactions
  • Support in the preparation and review of documentation

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate in Biological Sciences
  • Proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin
  • 1-2+ years of practical experience in molecular and cellular biology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with gene editing and/or RNA interference techniques
  • Prior experience in technical or customer support roles
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a collaborative spirit
  • Self-motivated team player

Compensation:
