Your Key Responsibilities
The primary duties of this position encompass, but are not limited to:
- Adhere to the established Project Administration protocols and guidelines.
- Proactively assist project teams with their daily administrative and service requirements.
- Maintain awareness of both internal and external client needs.
- Exhibit behaviors and attitudes that align with Boskalis Subsea's core values.
- Draft correspondence, presentations, agendas, and reports as needed for the department.
- Manage and prioritize email communications effectively.
- Organize, schedule, and confirm meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate meeting logistics, including travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Document meeting minutes and capture action items as requested.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities as directed by management within the specified timeframe, ensuring safety and efficiency to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
To excel as a Project Coordination Specialist, you should possess:
- A qualification in Business Management is desirable.
- Previous experience in Project Administration or as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Proficiency in office software applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
- Capability to work independently, plan, and manage a diverse workload while adapting to changing priorities.
- Integrity and discretion, with experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
