Project Coordinator Job Description

Denholm Energy Services is a leading international service provider offering cutting-edge services to the energy and defense sectors. With a workforce of over 4,000 people, the company is proud of its specialist experience and skill.

As Denholm Engineering embarks on an exciting period of growth, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will be carried out within a 39-hour basic working week with regular overtime. The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate and an excellent benefits package.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Workshop Supervisor, Quality Control, and Projects team to ensure seamless fabrication and machining processes.
  • Develop detailed Coating Instructions to ensure high-quality results.
  • Create accurate Delivery Notes for all materials leaving the business.
  • Coordinate shipping documentation, including packing lists, delivery notes, and dangerous goods.
  • Manage the coordination of materials to and from Coating providers.
  • Work closely with the dispatch team to prepare materials for delivery.
  • Coordinate internal and external transport of materials.
  • Maintain the live Production Schedule with up-to-date Project Status.
