Job SummaryWe are looking for a diligent and creative Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies for our clients and the agency, and implementing them in collaboration with the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Develop innovative marketing strategies for our clients and the agency, and implement them in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Lead on Copywriting: Lead on all copywriting requirements for website, long-form written content, landing pages, and email marketing.
- Identify Communication Opportunities: Find significant communication opportunities and hooks to support client and internal marketing goals.
- Optimize and Analyze Content: Create several copy versions, test, analyze, and optimize them in light of data insights to enhance performance and outcomes.
- Manage Social Media: Manage all client and internal social media platforms' day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with the Team: Help the social and content team create social media content with the campaign's goals and target demographic in mind.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Keep up with the most recent developments and challenges in our industry.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a marketing manager in both B2C and B2B marketing.
- Copywriting Skills: Outstanding ability to develop a variety of excellent, persuasive, and engaging copy that is consistent with brand message and campaign objectives.
- A/B Testing and Learning: A proven track record of increasing open rates, click-through rates, and conversions for email marketing, landing pages, and websites through A/B testing and learning.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Carry out digital marketing activities through all internal channels, including referral, organic, paid, social, SEO, and SEM.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing Programs: Knowledge of key digital marketing programs including Click Funnels, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, and Funnelytics.
- Content Creation: Experience planning, researching, and creating long-form written content, such as whitepapers and guides, with a high level of proficiency in analytical tools and data interpretation to create insight-driven decisions that increase performance and results.
- SEO and Blog Writing: Writing SEO-friendly blog posts.
- Social Media and Content: A love of social media and content.
- Time Management and Organisation: Excellent time-management and organisational abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Great attention to detail.
- Communication: A self-assured communicator.
- Innovative Thinking: Innovative and imaginative thinking.
- Multitasking: Being able to multitask.
Location: Ingatestone
Salary: Up to £35K
