We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our team at Liberty Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks, including roofing, carpentry, and plumbing.
Key Responsibilities- Repair and replace roofing trusses, hips, and valleys
- Repair and replace ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, and partition walls
- Repair and replace doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, and balustrades
- Repair and replace kitchen units, worktops, and decorative finishes
- Repair and replace ironmongery to doors and windows
- Repair and replace timber and UPVC window frames
- Reglaze timber fencing and gates
- Carry out minor plumbing activities and patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling
- Served a recognized apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3)
- Experience of working as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber and the installation of wet rooms & Disabled adaptations
- Competent in all aspects of the Joiner and/or Plumbing trade discipline
- Plastering trade discipline (desirable)
- Ability to carry out multi-skill trades
- Housing Association experience is essential
- Driving license is essential
- Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness, and have own tools
