We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our team. As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the residential sector, including carpentry, plastering, plumbing, tiling, and painting and decorating.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of tasks related to the residential sector, including carpentry, plastering, plumbing, tiling, and painting and decorating.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks and projects.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all tasks and projects.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in the residential sector.
  • Strong skills in carpentry, plastering, plumbing, tiling, and painting and decorating.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
