Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Bids to join our client, a leading Soft facilities company delivering high-quality solutions for cleaning, grounds maintenance, and support services within the private and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the business approval process, ensuring timely and effective delivery of proposals.

  • Oversee the configuration control of key bid documentation, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Develop and implement bid strategies, leveraging expertise in housing associations, education, leisure, and commercial properties.

  • Lead a team of Bid Managers and a Bid Administrator, providing guidance and support to drive business growth.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop compelling proposals that meet client needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of delivering successful bids.

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people at all levels.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
