Position Overview:

StepStone Group is seeking a highly skilled Investment Senior Analyst to join our team in London. This role involves evaluating and executing new investment opportunities, presenting findings to the Investment Committee, and engaging with top real estate fund managers. As a Senior Analyst, you will work on financial modeling, market research, due diligence, and presentation preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and execute new investment opportunities to drive growth and returns
  • Present findings to the Investment Committee and engage with top real estate fund managers
  • Develop and maintain financial models, conduct market research, and perform due diligence
  • Prepare and present investment recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate and graduate degrees from top-tier institutions
  • 2-4 years' experience in investment/finance
  • Strong financial modeling and business writing skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • High ethical standards and attention to detail
