Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrator to join our team at Howlett Reid Wealth Management, a leading independent financial advisory firm in Great Dunmow. The successful candidate will work 3-4 days a week, plus holiday cover, and will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners, both verbally and in writing.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in an office environment.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of Intelligent Office software.
