Role Overview and PurposeThe Director of Service Quality will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance across our cabin services operations at London Heathrow Airport. This role will oversee the day-to-day activities of our team, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality standards and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cabin team members, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Train and onboard new hires, providing guidance on company policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure that all assets are safeguarded and maintained in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, and suppliers.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on quality performance and areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in quality management and compliance in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
