Receptionist vacancies available at HEDGE FUNDS in London - for their highly prestigious firm. As their main front of house expert, this vacancy would need 1st Class & 5* customer service skills. This firm has excellent benefits offered, including great bonuses and private health. Previous FOH receptionist experience from either a company, or a 4 or 5* hotel, or ex-cabin crew experience is welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the switchboard and serve as the firm's ambassador for incoming calls
  • Screen telephone calls and forward messages
  • Meet and greet clients, staff, and visitors in a warm, friendly manner
  • Utilize the meeting room calendar / meeting room software
  • Set up conference calls
  • Oversee the catering team who are setting up/clearing meeting rooms
  • Book lunches and liaise with hospitality teams for drinks and lunches for guests
  • Assist PAs and Directors where possible
  • Book travel and accommodation
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as requested from time to time

Requirements:

  • Previous FOH or Cabin Crew experience
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Able to successfully communicate at the highest level
  • Ability to prioritize and have attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Excellent telephone manner, well presented, and polite
  • A team player
  • Knowledge of MS Office
