Job Description

We are now searching for talented Senior Consultants to lead business improvement consulting engagements for our clients. As a Senior Consultant, you will contribute to the development of client relationships and have the opportunity to shape not only your own role but also the future direction of OutForm.

About You

We are looking for individuals with a talent for solving problems and a passion for working collaboratively in a challenging but rewarding team. You will have 3 plus years of industry or consulting experience in the utilities, manufacturing, or construction/infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and implement complex business change and transformational programmes
  • Lead and manage sub-workstreams and collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Contribute to business development activities, supporting referrals and new business opportunities
  • Manage and report on projects, providing business insights
  • Lead and manage teams, supporting multi-functional teams and managing dependencies between workstreams
  • Develop exceptional communication, relationship building, and influencing skills
  • Contribute to business development activity and have a passion for developing your leadership style
