Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Field Application Engineer to enhance our Energy Infrastructure Team. This role will primarily focus on applications related to Energy Storage Systems and Power Conditioning Systems, particularly in commercial, industrial, and Electric Vehicle (EV) charging sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical assistance to sales and marketing teams
- Assist in the preparation of proposals
- Draft and present solutions tailored to customer needs
- Oversee technical requirements from clients
- Explore new market prospects and keep abreast of local regulations and standards
- Provide on-site support for intricate technical issues
- Foster relationships with business clients, conduct training sessions, and showcase product expertise
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with Energy Storage or Power Conditioning Systems
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
- In-depth technical understanding of system integration and Energy Storage Systems
- Experience with low voltage grid installations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills to relay customer needs to the development team
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Valid driving license required
