Clinical Homecare Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate NMC registered nurse to join our healthcare team in Swansea. As a Clinical Homecare Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and administering medications in a variety of environments, including clinics, residential accommodation, and patients' own homes.
About the Role
The Clinical Homecare Nurse will be responsible for performing patient observations, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient vital signs, and providing compassionate support to patients and their families. You will also be responsible for educating patients and their families to promote understanding and independence, and maintaining accurate clinical records.
Requirements
- Full NMC registration
- Excellent cannulation/phlebotomy skills
- Experience in standard and complex infusion therapies
- Commitment to maintain professional development
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Full UK driving license
- Willingness to travel to meet the needs of the services provided
What We Offer
- Annual salary: £36,646 to £38,000 (depending on experience)
- Car allowance up to £6,465 per annum or entry to a salary sacrifice scheme
- 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)

- Pension - auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%); option to increase contribution to 6% with employer contribution of 8%
