Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Are you a motivated and organized individual with a passion for recruitment? We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Talstaff Ltd.

The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for liaising with our client and managing the requirements of the Transport and Warehouse operations. Your main task will be to attract and select top talent for our client's team, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

  • Attract candidates through various advertising channels and networking events
  • Pre-screen and interview candidates, and put forward suitable candidates for relevant positions
  • Ensure 100% accuracy on compliance and RTW documents
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Cover 24/7 on-call duties on a rota basis
The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar role, although it is not essential. A sound knowledge of driving legislation would be beneficial. You must be willing to work Monday to Friday, with overtime on Sundays and to cover the office between 06:00-17:00 on a rota basis.
