Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Are you a motivated and organized individual with a passion for recruitment? We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Talstaff Ltd.

The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for liaising with our client and managing the requirements of the Transport and Warehouse operations. This will involve:

  • Attracting candidates through various advertising channels and networking
  • Pre-screening and interviewing candidates for relevant positions
  • Ensuring 100% accuracy on compliance and RTW documents
  • Performing general administrative duties
  • Covering 24/7 on-call duties on a rota basis
The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar role, although this is not essential. A sound knowledge of driving legislation would be beneficial. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, with overtime on Sundays and to cover the office between 06:00-17:00 on a rota basis.
