Job Description

**About the Role**

Zenith Global is seeking an experienced SEO Associate Director to join our team. As a key member of our global SEO team, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading all regional and local client communication, ensuring that all local markets in your region have a clear SEO strategy and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies for client regions, working closely with the global SEO team and local SEO resources.
  • Plan and ensure delivery of SEO strategy end-to-end for client regions, using the agreed service catalog.
  • Coordinate and manage SEO delivery by Publicis SEO teams within your region, working collaboratively with Publicis SEO markets.
  • Support the global SEO director with invoicing, billing, and other commercial operations.
  • Support the development of client targets and ensure the SEO team achieves those targets via KPIs set out at campaign planning stage.
  • Develop and implement regional SEO strategies and local activations for clients based on their budgets, target audience, and KPIs.
  • Feed in local and regional nuances and legal restrictions back to the global SEO team to ensure feasibility of activation plans.
  • Oversee and feed into insights that formulate a strategy from analysis and audits using a combination of resources, including SEO.
  • Ensure integration between global and regional hubs to form an efficient network of SEO operations for clients.
  • Provide ad hoc insights and data pulls based on client budgets and requests.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience line-managing a team of SEO specialists within an agency environment.
  • Basic understanding of how to measure the impact of SEO strategies through analytics platforms and other external metrics.
  • Basic understanding of how to identify organic search opportunities, set business-relevant KPIs, project organic search performance, and estimate expected return-on-investment.
  • Understanding of how to use Search Trends, Demographic, and User-behavior data to reinforce an SEO strategy.
  • Ability to establish clear internal briefing and manage projects.
  • Hands-on experience of using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMRush, BrightEdge, Data Studio, Deepcrawl, and other relevant SEO platforms.
