We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team at Hartford Care Ltd as a Care-at-Home Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our care homes, maintaining high standards of care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire our dedicated staff team to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
- Manage the financial aspects of the home, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Identify and implement opportunities for business growth and development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Home or General Manager in a similar setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and stakeholders.
- A good understanding of the care standards legislation, including Fundamental Standards.
- A willingness to undertake further training and development, including NVQ/Diploma level 5 in Leadership and Management.
