Boden Property is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in central London. As a key member of the construction consultancy, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of a major residential regeneration scheme.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor with excellent communication skills and experience in managing large-scale regeneration projects. You will be responsible for negotiating with clients, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the quantity surveying function for large-scale residential regeneration projects
  • Negotiate with clients and contractors to ensure project budgets are met
  • Develop and implement project management plans to ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks
  • Provide expert advice on quantity surveying best practices and industry trends

Requirements

  • Degree in Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or other relevant discipline
  • MRICS or working towards
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in quantity surveying and project management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
