  • As an Estate Agent Senior Floating Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day Estate Agency business, working closely with staff to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services.

Key Objectives

Your key objectives as an Estate Agent Senior Floating Branch Manager will be to:

  • Increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets.
  • Set and review performance standards.
  • Develop team members.
  • Implement agreed business plans.
  • Listing and selling properties.
  • Maintain a compliant business.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive package, including:

  • £29,000 basic salary.
  • £50,000 - £55,000 on-target earnings.
  • Company car or car allowance.
