About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at B&Q. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use technology to produce inspirational designs that bring customer projects to life
  • Coordinate multiple projects and support customers virtually and face-to-face
  • Work closely with colleagues and installers to ensure delivery of the best service on every project
  • Convert designs into sales and meet targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
