Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Service Technician to join our team at H&K Fire Engineering. As a Fire Alarm Service Technician, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and technical support of fire alarm systems. You will work on the commissioning of systems and provide a pivotal contact point for clients for any ongoing issues or technical support needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting servicing, PPM, and technical support on fire alarm systems for clients.
  • Integrating fire alarm systems on projects working alongside the project delivery team.
  • Performing the commissioning of the system with handover to the client.
  • Providing a professional service at all times, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, quality, and customer service.
  • Working independently, with little supervision, but also successfully as part of a team.
  • Communicating effectively with a range of customers/clients/internal colleagues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in fire alarm systems maintenance gained over a number of years.
  • FIA or equivalent training is highly desirable.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential to this role.
