Curriculum Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager to support our Education Manager in delivering high-quality education programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the curriculum, ensuring the needs of learners and employers are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead on quality assurance and improvement initiatives to enhance the learning experience
- Develop and implement innovative approaches to tutor development and performance management
- Collaborate with the Education Manager to ensure curriculum alignment with industry needs
- Manage and coordinate education programs, including training and assessment
- Provide coaching and guidance to tutors to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Expertise in education or a related field with significant experience
- Proven track record of delivering training and assessment programs
- Teaching or assessing qualification
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with learners, employers, and colleagues
- Competitive salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
- 25 days holiday per annum, plus Bank Holidays
- Lunchtime finish on Fridays
