Assistant Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager to support our Education Manager in delivering high-quality education programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the curriculum, ensuring the needs of learners and employers are met, and leading on quality assurance and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective curriculum management strategies
  • Lead on quality assurance and improvement initiatives
  • Support the Education Manager in delivering education programmes
  • Collaborate with tutors to develop and deliver training
  • Monitor and evaluate programme performance

Requirements:

  • Expertise in education or a related field
  • Substantial experience in curriculum management and quality assurance
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
