Home Instead is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team. As a Care Professional, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care and support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Previous experience in care and support, preferably in a home care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting others
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle (for most roles)
- Authorization to live and work in the UK
