Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead Senior Care. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to our clients, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Our clients are located in various areas of the London Borough of Bromley, including Bromley, Orpington, Petts Wood, Chislehurst, West Wickham, and Beckenham. As a Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with their unique needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
- Engage with clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
