Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of auditors and assisting in the planning and execution of audits for a range of clients. You will also be responsible for training and developing junior staff members and assisting in the development of new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of auditors and assist in the planning and execution of audits for a range of clients
• Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Conduct audits and reviews of financial statements and other documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Identify and report on areas of risk and non-compliance
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Assist in the development of new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the audit practice
Requirements
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in audit and assurance services, preferably in a charity or not-for-profit environment
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and report on areas of risk and non-compliance
